Home Listing In Los Angeles

I am hoping to own a home at some point, and am particularly interested in, and terrified of, the "walking closet" described here. Now if it is able to walk, I'm guessing it can also dance, which might be fun. But is it also possible that it could walk right out of the building, thus taking all my clothes with it? So many questions.
