Gift Wrapping, 2021 Edition

Many years ago, I got into the habit of cutting out pictures and adding them to the wrapping paper of the gifts I give to people. I think at first it was because I was broke, and the gifts themselves weren't anything special. Anyway, I have been taking photos of them, hoping these photos will help me keep from repeating a joke, since my memory is not all that great. (They don't, because my memory is not all that great, and I almost always forget to look at the photos.) Here are some from throughout the ridiculous year of 2021.

 

This Is How Stupid People Have Become...

This is how stupid people have become. A week ago an idiot in a pickup truck in North Carolina swerved around the warning arms that were blocking the street because a train was coming and drove onto the tracks and was hit by the train. He died. So then his two brothers, obviously not any more intelligent than the first guy, decided to hold a memorial for their brother on the goddamn tracks. And guess what? They both were hit by a train. They died. News reports are calling it a tragedy. It is not a tragedy. It is stupidity.
